SERVICE GUARANTEE
If you are dissatisfied with your original service received, please call within 7 days of that appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you for the same service at no charge. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 10 days of the original service.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with a product purchase, please return your purchase within 2 weeks for store credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A canceled appointment requires notification of 24 hours and may result in a fee of 50% of the original service booked.
CHILDREN POLICY
As a courtesy to our guest, children not receiving services are not permitted in the salon or spa.
